Returns should not be shipped without receiving return instructions.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

12-Month Limited Warranty: We Hear You provides a 12-month limited warranty on eligible hardware products purchased directly from We Hear You or an authorized seller.
The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser and continues for 12 months.
During the warranty period, We Hear You warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and when installed, operated, and maintained according to the applicable product instructions.
If a covered product experiences a qualifying defect during the warranty period, We Hear You will, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
Customers must contact We Hear You and provide reasonable information needed to evaluate the warranty claim.
We may request photographs, troubleshooting information, proof of purchase, or return of the product for inspection.
To the extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty does not cover:
This warranty applies to covered hardware products. Software, accessories, consumable components, and third-party products may be subject to separate warranty terms where disclosed.
Any limitations on implied warranties, transferability, labor reimbursement, shipping expenses, or replacement-product coverage will apply only as expressly disclosed and permitted by law.
This Limited Warranty gives purchasers specific legal rights. Purchasers may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Certain We Hear You products may operate with mobile applications, Bluetooth devices, wireless controls, voice assistants, or third-party technology platforms.
Connected functionality may depend on compatible hardware, software versions, wireless connectivity, and services provided by third parties.
We Hear You may provide software updates, security improvements, compatibility changes, or other modifications to supported features.
Customers are responsible for following applicable update instructions and maintaining compatible equipment.
We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party services or integrations outside our control.
Where software is provided as part of a product, customers receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use that software for its intended purpose, subject to applicable law and any separate software license.
Ownership of the underlying software and intellectual property remains with We Hear You or its licensors.
We may discontinue or modify software features when reasonably necessary, subject to any express commitments and applicable legal requirements.
Certain services may require customers to create an account.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers agree to provide accurate account information and notify We Hear You promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
We Hear You may implement security measures, require password changes, or temporarily restrict account access to address suspected security concerns.
Personal information collected through accounts, applications, or connected services will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
All trademarks, product names, designs, logos, software, website content, photographs, technical materials, and other intellectual property owned or licensed by We Hear You remain the property of their respective owners.
This includes, where applicable, We Hear You®, the Hero, the Hero Micro, Push™, and related branding and technology.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with that product.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected materials except as permitted by law or an authorized written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits activities that cannot lawfully be restricted, including rights expressly protected by applicable intellectual property or consumer protection laws.
Commercial and institutional customers may purchase products under separately negotiated quotations, purchase agreements, statements of work, or other written contracts.
Such agreements may establish additional or different terms regarding pricing, quantities, installation, payment, delivery, warranties, maintenance, and customer support.
Where an authorized, separately executed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the executed agreement will control for the applicable transaction.
Terms included in customer purchase orders or procurement documents will not automatically modify these Terms unless expressly accepted by an authorized We Hear You representative.
Government and public-sector transactions may be subject to additional mandatory procurement requirements.
Our products and services may interact with or reference third-party hardware, applications, platforms, websites, or services.
We Hear You is not responsible for the independent acts, policies, or service interruptions of third-party providers except to the extent required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Third-party products and services may be subject to their own terms, warranties, and privacy policies.
Customers should review applicable third-party requirements before enabling integrations or using external services.
Except for the express warranties provided in these Terms or a separate written agreement, our website and digital services are provided on an "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Hear You disclaims warranties relating to website availability, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation.
For products, the express Limited Warranty in Section 11 applies. Any disclaimer or limitation of implied warranties is effective only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We Hear You does not guarantee that purchasing or installing a particular product will independently establish compliance with every applicable accessibility, building, or safety requirement.
Nothing in this section disclaims warranties or legal rights that cannot be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We Hear You will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruptions arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
For claims arising from a product purchase, We Hear You's aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law prohibits such a limitation or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable liability for personal injury, defective products, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.
Nothing in these Terms limits remedies expressly provided under an applicable product warranty.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, commercial and institutional customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hands Free, Inc. and its officers, employees, and representatives against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from the customer's unlawful conduct, unauthorized product modifications, or use of products contrary to documented safety instructions.
This obligation applies only to the extent the claim is attributable to the customer's conduct and does not require indemnification for We Hear You's own negligence, defective products, or misconduct.
This provision does not apply to individual consumer purchases unless separately agreed and legally enforceable.
We Hear You may suspend or terminate access to digital accounts or services when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security risks, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Termination of digital service access does not automatically eliminate existing payment obligations, valid warranty rights, or other obligations that survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any separately executed agreement, disputes arising from these Terms will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts to the extent permitted by law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt to resolve disputes informally.
Nothing in this section prevents consumers from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
We Hear You will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform contractual obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, widespread supply-chain interruptions, or similar events.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and resume performance when practicable.
This provision does not eliminate mandatory customer cancellation, refund, or other legal rights.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with applicable policies and any separately accepted agreements, constitute the agreement between the customer and We Hear You regarding the relevant products or services.
Any separately executed commercial agreement will take precedence where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
